Our last gig. Our last gig took place in a bar called Yaneura, Shibuya. Yaneura is the biggest place we’ve played so far. There were six bands all together and we played before the last act. The happening was organised for us by a guy called Sama -san, who himself plays in a band called Helsinki On The Beach -Ain’t that funny or what!! We’d like to thank him and Sama- san, please come to play in Helsinki with your band!! There were some problems with the keyboards because unlike the other bars we’ve played, the place itself didn’t have any, so we had to borrow one from Morrisey’s friend and quickly learn how to use it in order to survive the gig. But at last we did. Huge thanks to him also!!

We guess that the gig was the best we have ever played so far. This time we also changed our set list a bit. For the first time we decided to do an acoustic number, so Jukka played by himself an old song called Love Has Left The Building. It went really well and was a beautiful moment with a Man and his Guitar. All the other bands (“There”, “Life Go Around”, “Sheep”, “反す刀で ” and “AsrayCall”) were absolutely great too!

The level of musicians here is very high and they got their own style to play and create their own music. Just fantastic. And after the show we had a little after party at Yaneura. Unfortunately local people had to leave quite early because they needed to wake up early next morning and go to work. BUT WE had a day off so we got back to Asakusa and went to our favourite restaurant to eat, have “few” drinks and celebrate our last gig here and after all, not without karaoke. This time we changed our repertoire also in karaoke, so bands like ZZTOP, Bryan Adams, Guns ’n Roses, Village People, Roxette, Prince, etc. (you name it!) were on the set list. Back to hostel at 8-10 AM.
